What you can expect from our first session
I believe treatment is as unique as the individual. My job as a therapist is to listen and ask questions that help you explore your thoughts and feelings, in an effort to reach your goals and/or heal wounded areas of your life. Together, we will address barriers that are standing in the way of you being your best self and enjoying your life to the fullest!

I'm a licensed clinical psychologist, who has been working with individuals and couples for over 20 years. Most of my clients are seeking support with anxiety, depression, relationships, communication, and stress management. I typically used Cognitive Behavioral Theory (CBT) with clients; however, I am trained in a number of ways to help clients achieve the lasting change they're seeking.
